The Capital Bar and Grill is located in the Capital Hotel in downtown Little Rock. The bar had long been a fixture in the hotel, but the grill opened in 1997 during a renovation of Ashley's another restaurant in the building. One of the corner tables in the Capital Bar and Grill is "reserved" permanently for the late Jackson T. "Jack" Stephens, co-founder of Stephens Inc. His son Warren Stephens is the current chief executive officer of the company.
