Virco operates a two million square foot factory and distribution complex in Conway.

The company is a charter member of the Environmental Protection Agency's WasteWise Hall of Fame. Old furnishings are recycled through Virco's Take-Back program. The company also helps local Conway schools raise money through the Cash for Cardboard recycling program. Over 305 million pounds of recyclables have been collected under these and other programs administered by Conway general manager and vice president [[Scotty Bell]].
