The architect of the home was [[Charles Thompson]]. The house is in the Colonial Revival style with a gambrel roof in Dutch Colonial style. The house was started in 1903 and finished in 1904. The house is named after the original occupant [[Sue C. Turner]] and mid-twentieth-century circuit judge [[Augustus Fulk]]. In 1953 the house became a nunnery.
