Megna was vice president of Renaissance Properties Limited, which developed the Main Street Market and the [[Arkansas Repertory Theatre]]. He was also president of the [[Apple Rock Computer Club]].&lt;br /&gt;

Megna resides in Riverside, California, and is an expert on tax increment financing. He left Little Rock in 1989 to become project manager for the City of Riverside Development Department.&lt;br /&gt;

Megna is currently a consultant to the [[City of Little Rock]]'s [[Midtown Redevelopment Advisory Board]] on the [[Park Avenue]] retail redevelopment effort, which replaces the defunct [[University Mall]]. &lt;br /&gt;
