Best Park was established in 2004 from the assets of [[Central Parking]]. Central Parking was formed from the assets of [[Allright Parking]] in 1999, which in turn had emerged from [[National Garages]] in 1977. Jeff Duncan worked for all three of these earlier parking companies, working his way up from a position as valet. In 2009 Best Park purchased the Little Rock assets of Ampco System Parking, which included 1,211 parking spaces.<br />
