The '''Arkansas Capital Commerce Center''' is a commercial, office, and luxury loft apartment building in the historic [[River Market District]] of Little Rock. The building is owned by development company [[Moses Tucker]], is seven stories tall, and encompasses 86,500 square feet in total. The building has two famous residents: [[Ted Danson]] and [[Mary Steenbergen]]. The center was completed in July 2002.

Commercial space on the first floor is occupied by [[Arvest Bank]] and the [[Arkansas Capital Corporation]]. Developer [[Jimmy Moses]] said in 2002 that he hoped the center would "encourage other mixed-use developments to occur. Maybe it can be a pattern for how future downtown development takes shape."
