Residences at Building 5

The Residences at Building 5 is a condominium complex located adjacent to the DoubleTree hotel in downtown Little Rock. The building includes twelve condominium units. Renovations and five additional floors were added to the 400 West Markham Street building (former home of the Arkansas Bar Association) in 2005-2006 by co-investors Brad Canada and Gary Canada. Brad Canada lives on the top two floors of the building.
