Meyer's Bakery

Meyer's Bakery in Little Rock, Arkansas, is famous for inventing the "brown-n-serve" roll during the Great Depression. The bakery was located on the southwest corner of the intersection of West Seventh and South Pulaski streets. The company was founded in 1911. In the mid-1980s the chairman of Meyer's Bakery was Charles T. Meyer.
