Raimondo Family Winery is a winery located in Gameliel, Arkansas. The family's winemaking moved from Italy to America three generations ago, when Marty Raimondo moved to California from Polermo and made wine under the Grandma and Grandpa Raymondo's Family Wine label. In the 1980s, Marty's son Tony expanded the family's winemaking tradition. In the 2000s, Tony's daughter Margie took over the family business. She purchased Blue Lady Resort in the Arkansas Ozarks and made Raimondo winemaking a commercial business. In 2008, Raimondo Family Winery became a small farm winery manufacturer. Margie's husband and two daughters currently help her run the business.

Raimondo is dedicated mostly to the production of wine following old world Italian varietals. In 2010, however, the winery began making wine out of locally-grown fruit from a berry farm. They currently offer many white, red, and blush wines as well as champagnes. Their website offers food pairings for each type of wine.

Aside from wine, the Raimondo family sells many varieties of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Vino's Brewpub is a restaurant and alternative music venue in downtown Little Rock. Known locally for its personally brewed variety of ales, food is also served to customers in the form of stone-baked, New York style pizzas and calzones, as well as the usual assortment of sandwiches and salads.

Vino's opened originally in September of 1990 as the pet project of investment bankers Henry Lee, Alan Vennes, and Bill Parodi. The building itself had been previously used as a place for local alternative-rock bands to play. While the three men had really just simply wanted a downtown pizzeria pub to eat at, they decided to maintain the music aspect only to ensure an instant customer base--an overall beneficial move as it has become an integral part of the local music scene of Central Arkansas.

The restaurant began with selling imported beer, but once "brewpubs" were legalized in Arkansas in 1991 things began to change. By 1993, they had started brewing their own beer on the tap, and so the Vino's Brewpub, "Little Rock's Original Brewpub" was born. While initially a shaky improvised venture, Lee, the only member of the three-man group that stayed to manage the restaurant, decided to invest heavily in this aspect of the restaurant(going so far as to hire an expert brewer) and the local ale has become a hit ever since. The current Head Brewer of Vino's is Bill Riffle.

Vino's also specializes in being a hub of all-age entertainment and arts, with mostly rock acts lined up weeks in advance to get some playtime. Not simply limiting itself to music, occasional comedy troupes and themed party nights are important to maintaining its youthful atmosphere as well.

Diamond Bear Brewery is located at 323 Cross Street in Little Rock. The brewery offers a low-frills complimentary brewery tour at 2 PM and 4 PM on Saturdays. The brewery is located in a former car dealership and is owned by Russ and Sue Melton. Jesse Melton is currently the Master Brewer.

The brewery began making beer on September 21, 2000, and began distributing its product to the Flying Saucer brewpub on October 17, 2000.

Diamond bear beer is brewed according to the German Purity Law of 1516, meaning only water, yeast, barley, and hops are used in the brewing process. There are currently six varieties of Diamond Bear Beer:

*Honey Weiss, a wheat lager made with red wheat and native Arkansas honey (available only in the summer)
*Irish Red, a bold red ale made with a "rich blend of malt" and hops (available only in the spring)
*Pale Ale, a medium-bodied, English-style pale ale (available year-round)
*Paradise Porter, a medium-bodied porter with hints of chocolate malt (available year-round)
*Presidential IPA, a full-bodied India Pale Ale (available year-round)
*Rocktoberfest, a Marzen/Octoberfest-style lager (available only in the fall); named after LittleRocktoberfest
*Southern Blonde, a light-bodied German Pilsner lager (available year-round)

Diamond Bear's name comes from a combination of two things native to Arkansas: diamonds and bears. Arkansas is the only state with a diamond mine, and was once called the "Bear State." The Meltons called their company Diamond Bear in hopes of "creat[ing] a name that is distinctly Arkansan."

The Central Arkansas Fermenters is a club for residents of central Arkansas interested in homebrewing and winemaking. They focus on education about the fermentation process and promotion of responsible drinking. The club hosts wine and beer tasting parties, brewing demonstrations, beer competitions, wine dinners, and public activities such as LittleRocktoberfest. Central Arkansas Fermenters was formed in 2003. Anyone can join the club, even those with no fermenting experience, for a $25 annual fee. Members gain access to advice from expert fermenters, members-only events (such as Big Brew Day), free beverages at meetings, and discounts at Boscos.
