Arthur H. Allen, Jr. was born in 1920 in Garland County, Arkansas to parents Arthur H. Allen and Jessie M. Allen. He had three siblings: Mary Lu Allen, Billy Allen, and Mary Anna Allen. Personal History

Arthur H. Allen, Jr. was born in 1920 in Garland County, Arkansas to parents Arthur H. Allen and Jessie M. Allen. He had three siblings: Mary Lu Allen, Billy Allen, and Mary Anna Allen. Death
