Personal History
Donald Nisler White was born in Plumerville, Arkansas. He has one brother, Bill Mitchell. Specialist Four White entered into the Army in 1969 and served with East Company, 20th Infantry, 1st Battalion, 11th Light Infantry Brigade.

Death
On October 11, 1970, Specialist Four White died in Quang Ngai, South Vietnam from gunshot wounds from a small arms fire. He is currently buried in Plumerville Cemetery.
