Arthur H. Allen, Jr. was born in 1920 in Garland County, Arkansas to parents Arthur H. Allen and Jessie M. Allen. He had three siblings: Mary Lu Allen, Billy Allen, and Mary Anna Allen. Allen, Jr. attended Arkansas State Teachers College from 1937-1941 and then joined the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Army_Air_Corps U.S. Army Air Corps]. Personal History

Arthur H. Allen, Jr. was born in 1920 in Garland County, Arkansas to parents Arthur H. Allen and Jessie M. Allen. He had three siblings: Mary Lu Allen, Billy Allen, and Mary Anna Allen. Allen, Jr. attended Arkansas State Teachers College from 1937-1941 and then joined the U.S. Army Air Corps. Death
