A typical spring 2008 food basket included beefalo from Foodshed Farms, spring mix from Arkansas Natural Farms, sugar snap peas from Baugh and Vang Farms, garlic and strawberries from Arkansas Natural Produce, whole fresh milk from Seven Doves Creamery, raw milk colby cheese from Honeysuckle Lane, onions from Inswani Farms and Cedar Rock Acres Farm, sweet potatoes from Matthews Farms, summer yellow squash, shittake mushrooms from Sweden Creek Farms, bean sprouts from Sheffield Family Farm, sesame shiitake vinaigrette dressing from G3, and basil, sage, and thyme from Hardin Farms.
