Eagle of the Rock is a sculpture on President Clinton Avenue created by Sandy Scott. The sculpture was donated to the City of Little Rock by Jennings, Mitzi, Breezy, and Paul Osborne. The Eagle of the Rock was installed in November 2004 as part of the River Market Sculpture Promenade.
