Park Plaza is the third oldest suburban shopping center in Little Rock, opening in 1959. It is located in Midtown at the corner of Markham and University streets. The major anchor is Dillard's.

Park Plaza was conceived as an open-air shopping center with a bowling alley on the lower level. It was redeveloped as an enclosed shopping mall with a parking garage beginning in 1988. The mall reopened in 1990.

The first shopping center in the city was the Town and Country Center, which opened two years earlier. University Mall opened across the street to the south of Park Plaza in 1966.
